These terms apply to all purchases made on Beach Baby Co. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. Products
    We sell baby and children’s beach and sun-protection items, including pop-up beach tents, water shoes, and sun hats. Product descriptions, sizes, and images are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color or size may occur.
  2. Pricing and Payment
    All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through our checkout.
  3. Orders and Shipping
    Once payment is confirmed, we source your item from our supplier, check it, add our branding, and send it to you by courier. Please allow an estimated 10 to 14 business days for delivery within South Africa. Standard shipping costs R70, and orders of R1,500 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
  4. Returns and Exchanges
    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Contact us at beach.baby.co@outlook.com to arrange a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  5. Product Safety
    Our beach tents include a water pool base and are intended for supervised play only. Adult supervision is required at all times when a child is in or near water, even in shallow depths. Shade from our tents is not a substitute for sunscreen and appropriate protective clothing. Always follow the care and usage instructions included with your product.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
  7. Intellectual Property
    All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Beach Baby Co. and may not be used without permission.
  8. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
